Letter From Viktorija

"As a student pursuing an osteopathy degree, I stand firmly on three foundational pillars guiding my practice and healing approach.

Firstly, I believe deeply in the intricate relationship between structure and function within the human body. This understanding informs every aspect of my work, recognising that when the body's structure is balanced, its functions can operate optimally, paving the way for health and well-being.

Secondly, I profoundly believe in the body's innate ability to self-heal. Throughout my years of practice, I have witnessed time and again the remarkable resilience of the human body. My role as a therapist is to support and facilitate this inherent healing process, removing obstacles and providing the necessary conditions for restoration and recovery.

Lastly, I approach each patient holistically, acknowledging the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit. Proper health includes not only physical well-being but also emotional and spiritual wellness. By considering all the various dimensions of an individual's health, I aim to develop inclusive treatment strategies that foster holistic wellness and sustainable vitality.

These three pillars - the relationship between structure and function, the body's capacity for self-healing, and the interrelation of body, mind, and spirit - form the cornerstone of my practice at Monaghan Therapy. They guide me in providing personalised, compassionate care that empowers individuals on their journey to optimal health and well-being."
